Dear Rice Alumnus/a In the Northwest,

I'm oh-so-sorry that it's been oh-so-long since I've sent out an
email to all y'all!  (Life's been a bit crazy.)  Our next two RAIN
events in Seattle's newly-smokefree bar scence will be at the
usual:
