HAPPY HOUR THIS WEEK:  Come share a beer (or other beverage) with
other Rice alums at the Roanoke THIS WEEK on Friday!

back room, but sometimes other people pre-empt us.

RICE WOMEN'S BASKETBALL IN NOVEMBER:  The Rice Women's Basketball
team is playing in Seattle on Sat Nov 26 and Sun Nov 27.  We're
getting together a group to go on Saturday!  Tickets are $12 each.
I'll buy a block of tickets together a couple of weeks before the
game.  Some of you have already RSVP'd to me and I will buy tickets
for you so we can all sit together.  The rest of you -- either let
me know you'd like to come, or buy tickets at the door and hope you
can get seats near the rest of the group.  Let's go cheer on the
Lady Owls and enjoy those great conversations that Rice alums
always have!
