A party game that's based on how well you know the other players... no wait, that's not it at all. It's based on how well you can bluff them. Unless it's your turn. See, on your turn, a card is drawn that has a statement like "Truth be told, I have been known to add ketchup to..." and you have to (secretly) answer truthfully while all the other players try to write something that they think that the others will think you wrote. You look through the answers, make sure that they all are different (players who duplicate have to rewrite), and then read them aloud. Everyone then tries to guess which one you wrote, and points are awarded for answers that got votes.
Perhaps a shorter description is: this is just like Fictionary/Balderdash, just with personal secrets instead of dictionary definitions. The game makers do a pretty good job with this game you could really just play with pencil and paper, providing nice bits that make you feel like you're getting your money's worth. The scoring is quite right -- for example, there's not really much incentive to write truthfully -- but as long as you're playing with the spirit of the game instead of aggressively trying to win, it should work fine.
