This board game is tied in with mental_floss, a magazine that I have to admit I have never heard of. Fortunately, a free copy is given inside the box, although it's rolled up and a bit difficult to keep from curling. The game is a standard "roll-the-die and answer a question" one, with no complicated gimmicks involved.

Usually board games, based on a non-board game aren't very good. Usually straightforward trivia games aren't very good either. Yet somehow, I found this game to have exceeded my (admittedly low) expectations by a long shot. I found the questions to be just about the right level as my level of trivia knowledge; that the questions were overall much more interesting than that found in other games and occasionally even felt useful. Maybe there really is something in the way you present something. So, it sounds like a cliché, but I have to say, if you only get one straightforward trivia game, get this one. (But if you're the type who only gets one straightforward trivia game, why are you getting any of them at all?)
