The original Don't Quote Me, which I played three years ago, was a nice piece of graphic design with its pentagonal theme (although we managed to pervert the shape of the assembly-required board). Its main problem, IMHO, was that identifying quotes as a theme just isn't very fun. This game has relaxed their theme a little bit, giving a wider variety of trivia questions, both in type and in category, and as a result works much better as a trivia game. However, the designers aren't kidding when they put the maximum age range as 10 to 14: if anyone substantially older plays it, you'll either receive general knowledge questions that feel really easy, or specific pop culture questions that you're unlikely to know. (I answered a question, correctly, with "Amelia Bedelia" and everyone else at the table stared at me as if I had just been asked to name all the currencies of African countries and gotten them all correct.)

A pretty good trivia game for its age group, but it seems pretty clear that this game is unlikely to be playable years from now, with its topicality focus. A shame, really, since the graphic design and production detail is still way above the par for a game.
