Eve's Quest(search on Board Game Geek)
I must admit that I had some prejudices coming into this game, probably unfairly so from last year's HotFlash! But, if you can get past the somewhat heavy-handed veneer of this game, the tasks in this game are actually quite managable and often interesting. What does kill this game, however, is that the components and art design simply aren't appealing, and I can't really imagine ever convincing my friends to play this good game. So, better-than-average marks on the replay value and fun factor, but I think I'll save my money for games that are targeted more towards me. Return to Introduction |
