Poison(search on Board Game Geek)
The basic strategy of the game is pretty clear; try to avoid taking piles, and if you must, try to take piles in just one color. I suspect that is probably all you can do if there are 5 or more players, but it seems possible that with 3 or 4 players there might be room for more intricate strategies to pop up. Even still, it's hard to see how there would be enough available information to avoid this game turning into a luck-fest. The artwork is interesting but one can't help feel that it is also mostly unnecessary. Return to Introduction |
