Pentago -- Mensa Select® Winner(search on Board Game Geek)
I'm pleasantly surprised that the little board rotation is all that's needed to make 5-in-a-row on a small board work. Me and another player went slowly through a game, trying to analyze the tactics and threats. We had a sequence where we were able to conclude that one player had a forced win after 10 moves or so! That was pretty satisfying, and was enough to convince me that this game actually does work. Return to Introduction |
