They don't explicitly say this, but this is clearly intended as a game to be played while drunk on alcohol. The idea is that there are some very simple dice and card mini-games (example: Everybody rolls pairs of dice as fast as they can, the first to roll doubles wins), and each time a game is won, you win a point. When enough points are won, a "rules card" is revealed, which is usually some task or requirement unrelated to dice or cards but is something that I guess is mildly amusing to drunk people when it is violated (see the photographs for examples). What's the penalty for when a rule is violated? Nothing in the game, but the rules suggest that you can make the penalty to be taking a shot.

This game clearly is not aimed at game players. It is aimed at those situations when everyone is at a party or a bar, all getting slightly drunk and tipsy, when someone slurs "How about a game?" and this is brought out. I think; I've definitely never been in such situations, and I'm not actually too sure they exist in real life either.

On the plus side, the cards are not too hard to shuffle.
