These are Wei-Hwa Huang's personal reviews of games that might or might not have been submitted to the Mensa Mind Games event in 2006. (You'll have to go to that site to get the official list of submitted games, when they decide to post it.)

    Six reasonably simple pieces create one of the hardest puzzles there is.

    This puzzle has been getting quite a buzz in the mechanical puzzle community. Franz de Vreugd, a good friend of mine and designer of this, which he originally called "Extreme Torture" (there's a simpler version out there called just "Torture"), managed to convince Thinkfun to create his puzzle. Or, probably more like the hordes of puzzle collectors were just angling for a good, high-quality, affordable commercial version; ones I've seen have been either prototype-like and break too easily; or made by a skilled craftsman out of mahogany and pine and cost upwards of $100. Anyway, even if you're not into puzzles, you'll probably find the back-and-forth sliding movements reasonably satisfying (although I can assure you that there are definitely harder take-apart puzzles).
