The game certainly has a very attractive gimmick, but I remain unconvinced that there is an exciting game underneath the veneer of "Oooh! Laser!" Figuring out where the laser will fire is simply not that hard. The components look nice although the amount of plastic may mean that it won't be decorating many coffee tables in the future. Call me cynical, but I really can't imagine what sort of person would want to play this game tens of times, let along hundreds, when there are so many other more interesting two-player pure abstract games out there (that, admittedly, don't have a laser).
