Everyone writes down three answers to a category (e.g., "Tom Hanks movies") in 30 seconds. Score one point for any answer you wrote down that doesn't match anyone else. Play to 15 points. Whomever has the LOWEST score wins. Each player gets one VETO chip which they can use once per game to veto the current category.

Okay, so apparently a full game description takes 58 words. What the heck do you get for the manufacturer's suggested retail price of $38? You get a cards with categories, a timer, some cardboard VETO chips and score panels, and -- the coup de grace -- lots of large wooden scoring cubes branded (literally) with the game name. The game is reasonably quick and fun, don't get me wrong, but the game "weight" strikes me as being rather disparate from its physical weight.

(Also, if you're the only girl at the table, make sure you veto "Tom Hanks movies". Otherwise, don't be surprised when none of the guys choose "Sleepless in Seattle.")
