Return Inventory
Now that we've made it back from Denver, what do we have?
Things belonging to other people that we have to return
- one Hertz rental van.
- one 4-man tent belonging to the Caltech Y (and a groundcloth too)
- a video camera belonging to the Caltech Film Club (with its side panel now
screwed back on, courtesy of me & some of Rich's screws and nuts.)
Things that hopped in the van for the ride
- a cd-player with car power & tape deck attachments.
- a 3 ft. rectangular cooler.
- Glaysch's dumb margarita mix.
- a speeding ticket from the Utah State Highway Patrol.
- about 5 pounds of dirt, grime, and dead bugs.
- about 7 1/2 pounds of fudge, various flavors (which was subsequently
added to the mass of the 5 occupants).
- 10 new cds
- napkins from all over the western united states.
- a Discover magazine.
- 5 million postcards.
- two 8 mm video cassettes, one with approximately an hour of really
dumb footage on it.
- empty gatorade bottle
- empty cranberry juice bottle
- 5 mangled Laurie Anderson cds (ok, so this doesn't count. But don't
I wish...)
- one 5 ton dinosaur fossil (those scientists back in Utah will never
miss just a little rock....
